frequently asked questions

How are the dolls made?

I handcraft every EverEverLove Doll in my home sewing studio with loving care and attention to detail. Because each doll is handmade, there may be slight variations between pieces and this makes each one unique. I take great pride in ensuring every doll meets the highest quality standards. Your complete satisfaction means everything to me.

What materials are used?

Environmental sustainability is important to me. I make EverEverLove Dolls using both new and upcycled pre-loved fabrics, creating a delightful range of patterns and textures. Each pre-loved fabric is carefully selected and washed before use. The dolls are stuffed with soft, hypoallergenic polyfill unless otherwise noted.

Are the dolls safe for babies?

EverEverLove Dolls are designed for children ages 3 and up, as they contain small, removable parts in their clothing and accessories. Adult supervision is required for young children.

Are the dolls and clothes washable?

For the best care, it's recommended to spot clean your doll with a damp cloth and let it air dry. To keep the clothes looking their best, handwashing is recommended to preserve their shape.

Do you take commissions and custom orders?

I occasionally open the shop for custom orders and commissions, which I announce in our newsletter and on social media. Subscribe to stay informed about these special opportunities.

When will my order ship?

Order are shipped as soon as possible and to the address indicated on the purchase order.

Processing times may vary per item and especially during specific time periods such as the holidays. Processing time includes the time to make your order and prepare for shipping.

Current processing times are as follows unless otherwise noted on the item listing:

5-10 business days (excludes weekends and holidays)

Most orders are shipped by USPS and you will receive a tracking number once shipped.

International buyers are responsible for any customs and duty fees/taxes. International buyers are also recommended to purchase additional shipping insurance if preferred.

Once a package has been dispatched, the shop is not responsible for any packages lost or damaged in transit by the carrier.

Do you ship internationally?

International shipping is currently offered to Canada only though I hope to expand to other countries in the future. Please note that your order may be subject to customs fees, taxes, or duties when it arrives. These charges are set by your country’s customs office, and they’re the customer’s responsibility.

Customs fees can vary depending on where you are, so it’s a good idea to check with your local customs office if you’re unsure.

Why Don’t You Ship to the EU and UK?

Currently, I don’t ship to the EU and UK because of the complex regulations required by the General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR). These rules involve strict safety, testing, and labeling requirements that as a solo small business I am unable to fully meet at this time.

I hope to offer shipping to these regions in the future and appreciate your understanding.

What happens if my package gets lost or stolen?

Once your package has been shipped, I no longer have control over its delivery. If your package is lost or stolen, I recommend filing a claim directly with USPS. Occasionally, USPS marks packages as delivered before they actually arrive. If this happens, please allow a few extra days for your package to show up. Additionally, you can contact your local post office for further assistance.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Please note that I’m unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, if you have any concerns or issues with your order, feel free to reach out to me at hi@everlandstitch.com or through this form. I’m happy to assist you!
